Once booked or purchased any Comic Book or Graphic Novel from Epic King Comics, it cannot be cancelled and no amount will be refunded.
Once pre-ordered any Comic Book from the website, under dire circumstances, Epic King Comics reserves the right to postpone the pre-order for 60 days from the date of booking. If there is any further delay then Epic King Comics will refund all pre-order money. Generally, refunds across all payment options take between 5 to 7 business days (excluding holidays) to reflect in your account, and sometimes the process takes 8 to 10 business days, depending on the associated bank.
Post-delivery there will be an option to get a refund if there is damage to the book. Epic King Comics reserves the right to decide for the same. However, no refunds will be done on the basis of not liking the art or story, etc.

It generally takes 5-10 days for the delivery to be completed. However, it might take more time depending on the location.
